Please arrive to your appointment on time if you are more than 15 minutes late I will be unable to carry out the treatment and you will be charged the full treatment price.
If you are unable to make your appointment please cancel with as much notice as possible as this will give me more time to fill the appointment.
Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged the 1/2 of the treatment price.
Cancellations under 12 hours will be charged the full treatment price.
If you fail to pay any of the cancellation fees this will affect any future bookings being taken.
